Fits 1 dozen put in sideways
February 5, 2021
Macaron bakers: PLEASE READ THIS! I was about to send this box back because it only fit 11 of my macs when stacked in like the picture in the listing for this box. I even have wide and short macs so I was frustrated 1 dozen didn't fit. BUT - turn them sideways like the other picture in another review and 1 dozen will fit beautifully and looks cute too. Thanks BRP for always having the best boxes out there.
Best UsesMacarons - put in pairs placed in sideways

Good, easy to assemble, not long enough in my opinion

I have been ordering these boxes for a while and they are so easy to put together and look beautiful with the clear plastic sleeve. My only complaint is that they really just aren't big enough for 12 macarons unless the macarons are pretty small and thin. I guess my macarons must be fatter than normal because I can only fit 10, so I just sell them by 10's. But this may be an issue for others, so I thought I'd share.

what is the dark brown, possibly an insert, I am seeing when these are shown filled with macarons? I see you have clear plastic liners, but curious what I am seeing. Thanks!

Hi Janet, That is brown glassine paper that we used to line the box for this picture (back before we had the clear trays). I don't remember where we got it but, I bet it would be easy to find through a Google search :)
